Agnes Kamocka

Agnes, showcasing scorpion reach, a move to best stretch out the back, open out the hips, and target shoulder mobility. She is truly dedicated to sharing her breadth of knowledge and enthusiasm in more functional methods of training. Encouraging those interested in improving their health and wellbeing for a happier, balanced lifestyle.

As a mind-body-focus trainer, Agnes believes in exercising control, collaboration, group reliance, and support in the progression of each individual’s personal fitness goals. She is, everyday, in pursuit of creating life-changing fitness experiences for everyone.

Tan Shi Hui

Shi Hui is showcasing the crab reach, a move that targets core and shoulder stability, and is excellent in tackling mantles on the climbing wall. Having been practicing Animal Flow for over two years, Shi Hui has seen, first-hand, how beneficial consistent practice is in climbing and other areas of sport. Noticing that Animal Flow and climbing share easily transferable movements, Shi Hui hopes to pass on her knowledge of Animal Flow movement to more climbers out there.

John Fong

John, a passionate Animal Flow lover, is showcasing the side kick through, a power and coordination move that helps opens up the hips! More than just a flowist, John is well-versed in nutrition coaching and simple TriggerPoints release. As personal trainer, John has worked with numerous individuals from all walks of life and is currently coaching at one of the top heart-rate based training studios in Singapore.
